On arrival at Delhi you will be received at the airport with garlands.

Day 02 : Delhi
Today you will take full day sightseeing tour of New Delhi and Old Delhi
New Delhi visit includes Qutab Minar, one of the earliest remains of Imperial
Delhi (13th century AD) Humayun's Tomb-the fine monument believed to be
forerunner of Taj Mehal, India Gata, the 42 metre high arch was raised
as a memorial to soldiers, drives past Parliament House, President's House,
Secretariat Building, Laxminarayan Temple and The Connaught Place. Delhi is just not a city but it is a book--
a book which narrates the history of India. The city was built and destroyed
seven times and has been witness to the various events which has brought
India through the history books. Seven times this city went through the
pain of being built and rebuilt.
Today as the capital of India Delhi is the seat of administration and
the monuments which tell the saga of a bygone era stand there. These icons
are testimony to the grandeur of past and also an attraction for the tourists.
With an area of 1483 sq. Kms, Delhi is all set to acquire full statehood.
The charm of Delhi has attracted Emperors, Conquerors and poor in equally.
It is correctly said that Delhi is a land of 'Dilwalas' or for people
with heart. This phrase acquires a true colour when one goes around the
lanes of Delhi.
Day 03 : Jaipur
Today after a leisurely breakfast at hotel, you will be driven to Jaipur,
after breakfast .The drive takes you through a wonderful country side,
through the harvests of mustard and it appears like a yellow carpet spread
throughout.
Then you arrive at Samode palace for an elaborate lunch served in a grand
royal fashion. Later continue to drive to Jaipur and check in at the pre-booked
Deluxe / Luxury hotel. Evening you have an option to explore the pink
city and take a heritage walk in the illuminated bazaars witnessing the
locals involved in their daily affairs.
Overnight stay will be at the hotel.
Day 04: Jaipur
Today after a leisurely breakfast at hotel, you will take excursion to
Amber Fort, set in a picturesque location. Amer is a fascinating blend
of Hindu and Muslim architecture. Built in the 16th century by Raja Mansingh
in red sandstone and white marble, the palace complex has some very interesting
apartments. Jai Mandir, Sheesh Mahal, Sukh Niwas, Ganesh Pol and Temple
of Kali are some of the prominent areas of interest. Elephants are provided
to ascend the fort to visit the complex.
Jaipur, the vibrant capital of Rajasthan,
is popularly known as the ' Pink City ' because of the pink-colored buildings
in its old city. It sits on a dry lake bed in a somewhat arid landscape,
surrounded by barren hills surmounted by forts and crenellated walls.
This buzzing metropolis is certainly a place of wild contrasts and a feast
for the eyes. All through, Jaipur has retained its strong Rajputana flavour
tempered by several influences - the mughal being the most prominent.
The region's strong cultural heritage is distinctly evident even today.
The city is a visitor's delight. From the intricate, delicate looking
Hawa Mahal to the graphic forms of the Jantar Mantar - an open air observatory
of outsized astronomical instruments, the Badi Chaupar lined with shops
and business establishments on both sides to the majestic fort-palace
at Amber; from the colorful fountains of life to the sublime Birla Temple;
from the architectural delight of the City Palace to the serene Jal Mahal.
Day 05: Agra
The morning starts once again at leisure and you will be driven to the
city of grand monuments from the mughal era.
The drive takes you once again through the country and you witness the
lifestyle of the villagers living in the mud houses, plastered with cow
dung and carrying loads of fire wood on their head.
After a comfort stop at the midway, you drive a couple of hours, before
you reach the deserted city of the mughals , the fatehpur sikri.
Later continue to drive another hour to reach Agra. Check in and overnight
stay will be in Deluxe / Luxury hotel.
Day 06: Agra - Varanasi
In morning, after breakfast we will be visiting the Taj Mahal (Friday
Closed) one of the Seven Wonders of the World built by Emperor Shah Jehan
in the memory oh his beloved Queen Mumtaz Mahal. This beautiful mausoleum
took 22 years to complete with a work force of 20,000. Craftsmen and master
builders came from all over Asia to join in the great work - from Baghdad,
Shiraz, Delhi, Samarkand and Turkey. The finest marble in the world was
quarried at Makrana near Jaipur. Precious and semi precious stones were
imported from distant lands: Jasper from Punjab, Jade & Crystal from
China, Turquoies from Tibet, Lapis from Afganistan and Ceylon, Chrosolite
from Egypt, Amethyst from Persia, Agates from Yemen, Malachite from Russia,
Diamonds from Golconda. In late evening you will be transferred to Railway
station to board Train to Varanasi. Overnight will in Train.
AGRA - Taj Mahal

The evening gives you an option to visit the legendary Taj once again
for sun set.
Day 07: Varanasi
Upon arrival at Varanasi, you will be received by our representative to
escort you to your pre-booked Deluxe / Luxury hotel.
Late evening you take a tour trough the down town, taking you the mother
of all rivers, the Ganges.
Varansai, the city of learning and burning is often called as "Kashi",
literally meaning the city of light. The visit offers you a journey into
eternity.
You also take a boat ride on the ganges and participate in the evening
aarti ceremony, where the brahmis, the priests salute the mother ganges
for spreading life and wisdom. Overnight stay will be hotel.
Varanasi (the city of light / learning and cremation/
burning)
The venerable and ancient city Varanasi is the religious centre of the
world for Hindus. It is a magnificent city, with myriad attractions, both
as an exalted place of pilgrimage and a microcosmic centre of faith. Thousands
of pilgrims visit the city from all parts of India and from across the
world. Varanasi is a unique city where the past and present, eternity
and continuity lives side by side .It is considered to be the immortal
abode of Shiva. The life and activities in the city revolve around the
holy river. Life on the banks of the Ganga begins before dawn when thousands
of pilgrims -men, women and children, come down to the river to wait for
the rising sun.
Day 08: Varanasi - Bodhgaya
Today in early morning you will take sunrise boat cruise over river Ganges.
Later you will be departing by private a/c motor coach / Car to Bodhgaya.
Arrive and check-in at your pre-booked deluxe / luxury hotel.
Day 09: Bodhgaya
Today morning after breakfast at hotel you will take full day visit to
Bodhgaya a place where Lord Buddha entered a state of mediation under
the 'Bodhi' tree and attained Nirvana. On the walls of Mahabodhi temple,
one can see images of Lord Buddha in different aspects.
Bodhgaya is one of the most important and sacred
Buddhist pilgrimage center in the world. It was here under a banyan tree,
the Bodhi Tree, Gautama attained supreme knowledge to become Buddha,the
Enlightened One. Born in the foothills of the Himalayas as a Sakya prince
of Kapilvastu (now in Nepal), most of the major events of his life, like
enlightenment and last sermon, happened in Bihar. Buddhism as a religion
was really born in Bihar and evolved here through his preaching and the
example of his lifestyle of great simplicity, renunciation and empathy
for everything living. Significantly, the state's name of 'Bihar' originated
from 'Vihara' meaning monasteries which abounded in Bihar.
Several centuries
after Buddha's passing away, the Maurya Emperor Ashoka (234-198 BC) contributed
tremendously towards the revival, consolidation and spread of the original
religion. It is the monasteries, Ashoka built for the Buddhist monks and
the pillars known as Ashokan Pillars erected to commemorate innumerable
historical sites associated with the Buddha's life, mostly intact to this
day, that helped scholars and pilgrims alike to trace the life events
and preaching of a truly extraordinary man. There is a magnificent Mahabodhi
temple and the Tree from the original sapling still stands in the temple
premises. The temple is an architectural amalgamation of many centuries,
cultures and heritages. While its architecture has a distinct stamp of
the Gupta era, it has later ages inscriptions describing visits of pilgrims
from Sri Lanka, Myanmar and China between 7th and 10th century AD. It
is perhaps still the same temple Hieuen Tsang visited in 7th century.
Day 10: Bodhgaya - Rajgir
Morning after breakfast departs by motor Coach / car to Rajgir. Arrive
and check in at hotel. Visit Rajgir - a sacred town to all Buddhist where
Lord Buddha meditated and preached on the Hill, Karanda Tank where Lord
Buddha would bathe, and seven hot springs where Lord Buddha for its healing
powers. Also visit the ancient Nalanda University founded in the fifth
century B.C. Ancient Buddhist texts revelas that Lord Buddha studied here.
A Chinese travel Heum Tsang, who spent several years at this University
wrote about this great seat of learning. Visit the Archaeological museums.
Day 11: Rajgir - Vaishali - Patna
Morning after breakfast depart by private motor coach / car to Patna visiting
en-route Vaishali - a place where Lord Buddha visited frequently and during
the last visit here told his disciplines that they would see him no more
as he was to attain the Mahaparinirvana. Visit the Buddhist stupas. Arrive
Patna and check in at hotel.
Day 12: Patna - Kushinagar
Morning after break fast you will depart for Kushinagar by motor coach
/ car. Arrive and check in at hotel. Afternoon city tour of Kushinagar
where Lord Buddha breathed his last and attained Mahaparinirvana saying
decay is inherent in all component things. Visit the Nirvana temple which
enshrines a colossal statue of Lord Buddha in a reclining position.
Day 13: Kushinagar - Lumbini - Balrampur
Morning after breakfast you will departs for Lumbinin by motorcoach/car
on Indo-Nepal border. Lumbini, a tiny village situated on the fotthills
of Himalayas witnessed the birth of a Prince called Shakyamuni Gautam
Siddhartha who later vecame Lord Buddha the awakened one. Visit the sacred
pond, Ashoka Pillar, Mahadevi temple. Later drive to Balrampur. Arrive
and check in at hotel.
Day 14: Balrampur - Sahetath - Lucknow
Leave for Lucknow by motor coach/car via Satehmath famous for Buddhist
Stupas. Arrive Lucknow and check in at hotel.
Day 15: Lucknow - Delhi
Today morning after breakfast at hotel you will be transferred to airport
for flight to Delhi. Arrive and check in at hotel.
Day 16: Delhi - Onward Journey
Today morning after breakfast at hotel you will be free at leisure and
in time you will be transferred to airport flight to your onward destination.
